Join Alison Sinatra and Jessica Caplan for Calling the Ancestors, an afternoon of breathwork and sound at the Sound Sanctuary in Accord. Through a guided breathwork experience, followed by a sound journey, we'll co-create a ceremony to remember, honor, and listen for the ones who carry us: the family we knew, the lineages we inherited, and the wisdom we may have forgotten we hold.
You are welcome to bring a photo or a small offering to place on the altar. No experience with breathwork or ancestral work is needed.
Our circle opens with a check-in, then moves into breathwork guided by Alison. We integrate the experience through Jessica's sound journey, woven with vocal transmissions, resonant drone instruments, and ancestral sounds. To close the journey, we join our voices in song, and sip tea together, while enjoying the sweetness of community connection.
