We heal through connection, like the strands of a spider web—interwoven and powerful. This workshop invites women to bring consciousness to their wombs, uncover dormant stories, and share, breathe, write, and rest together. You may uncover grief, love, life etc…
The experience includes an opening circle, somatic exercises, an 11-minute breathwork practice, reflective writing with prompts, guided relaxation, and a closing circle.

Alison Sinatra has spent over 25 years helping people reconnect with their bodies and cultivate balance through movement and mindfulness. She began her journey as a senior teacher at Kula Yoga Project in Tribeca, where she also served on the faculty for teacher training programs and led retreats worldwide.
For over two decades, Alison has called the Hudson Valley home, offering group classes and creating healing spaces, particularly for women. As a medicine woman, she integrates wisdom from North and South American indigenous traditions into her work, blending ancient teachings with intuitive approaches to healing.
Currently, Alison leads Sacred Sisterhood, a nine-month program guiding women through diverse healing modalities and spiritual practices alongside guest facilitators. She is also trained in Dr. Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry, an approach rooted in understanding addiction and trauma. In her private sessions, she combines somatic dialogue, breathwork, spiritual guidance, and yoga. In addition, Alison designs rites of passage rituals, honoring life’s transitions with care and intention.
