Immersive Weekend at Soma Yoga Center Boston

UNITY
Friday, March 14th | 6:00-8:00pm

This women's workshop is designed to foster support and sisterhood through movement and meaningful connection. It will include a sharing circle, breathwork, somatic movement, yoga nidra and meditation.  The time is now to end division and cultivate unity whenever possible.

MASTER CLASS
Saturday, March 15th | 1:00-3:00pm

Alison's classes draw on everything she has learned over the past 25 years to create a grounded and transformative experience. She focuses on alignment through both structure and spirit, establishing balance and connection. The tempo is set to encourage purification and ease, while the music helps guide movement into the heart. Each class provides a safe, supportive space for regulating the nervous system and releasing emotions. She always infuses humor and is known to be sponsored by kleenex.

Rose Circle

We heal through connection, like the strands of a spider web—interwoven and powerful. This workshop invites women to bring consciousness to their wombs, uncover dormant stories, and share, breathe, write, and rest together. You may uncover grief, love, life etc…

The experience includes an opening circle, somatic exercises, an 11-minute breathwork practice, reflective writing with prompts, guided relaxation, and a closing circle.

All you need is an open mind and heart. Register here

Alison Sinatra has spent over 25 years helping people reconnect with their bodies and cultivate balance through movement and mindfulness. She began her journey as a senior teacher at Kula Yoga Project in Tribeca, where she also served on the faculty for teacher training programs and led retreats worldwide.

For over two decades, Alison has called the Hudson Valley home, offering group classes and creating healing spaces, particularly for women. As a medicine woman, she integrates wisdom from North and South American indigenous traditions into her work, blending ancient teachings with intuitive approaches to healing.

Currently, Alison leads Sacred Sisterhood, a nine-month program guiding women through diverse healing modalities and spiritual practices alongside guest facilitators. She is also trained in Dr. Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry, an approach rooted in understanding addiction and trauma. In her private sessions, she combines somatic dialogue, breathwork, spiritual guidance, and yoga. In addition, Alison designs rites of passage rituals, honoring life’s transitions with care and intention.

Alana is a devoted guide and sacred space holder in the world of psychedelic healing, blending ancient practices with an intuitive approach. Her journey into psychedelics began in 2015, leading her through profound inner landscapes that redefined her life’s purpose. Following the sale of her successful marketing and public relations business to Vice Media in 2016, Alana dedicated herself to guiding others on their paths of healing and self-discovery.

In 2020, she co-founded a community that has since welcomed nearly 1,000 individuals into monthly gatherings and private sessions, fostering a compassionate, intentional approach to psychedelics. Alana leads sacred women’s circles, guiding women to reconnect with their divine feminine energy and inner wisdom. As a practitioner of sacred sexuality, she honors the integration of body and spirit, working to create spaces for women to reclaim their sacred magic.

A mother of three daughters and a Vipassana practitioner, Alana brings a grounded, meditative presence to her work, centered on cultivating self-esteem and inner peace. You can connect with her on Instagram at @underground.mama, where she shares insights on safe psychedelic practices and sacred women’s work.
