A family-style affair, All Our Sacred Sisters was dreamed up one night at a long and loud dinner table when our Mama Queen, Alison Sinatra, expressed her desire for a bigger space—and more support—to expand her work. After 15 years of leading workshops, retreats, and women’s circles, Alison’s retreats were bursting at the seams with women eager to bring their friends, moms, and daughters for a dose of movement, ritual, and prayer.
We created All Our Sacred Sisters to help realize the dream of a larger gathering, one that pulled in multiple threads from diverse spiritual practices, could hold up to 108 women, and would allow other teachers to share their work.
Our intention is to bring the positive effects of our work together back to our homes, families, and communities. We hope to create more compassion in the world—for ourselves and others.
There is an undeniable energy afoot when women come together. Breakthroughs and transformations occur; individuals find center; the collective gets lifted; and the effects of our efforts spill out into our everyday lives, benefiting our partners, friends, families and communities.
The work is beautiful, deep, hilarious, healing, restorative, ridiculously fun, inspiring and #almosttoosacred.
