We need your voice. We need you in your body feeling good. Jess Caplan will be sharing her gifts of helping people open their voices through different practice in the body. After the practice we will break for lunch and then do a water ritual in her spring fed dipping pond. The session will end with a sharing circle.
You can sign up for all three or pick what fits your schedule.
