My name is Alison Debra Sinatra. I live in High Falls, NY with my intuitive husband and children.

My roots are Eastern European/Ashkenazi Jew. My ancestors left their place of origin for freedom. My childhood was quite rare-having two parents that loved me, and loved each other. My mother and father protected, guided and instilled in me that I had unlimited potential.

My personal medicine and mission on this planet is to help remind people of that potential.

I have been teaching yoga for over 25 years and am influenced by many different traditions. My deep love has been manifesting inclusive, holy spaces for women to come together and create rituals for healing.
